The indoor unit was strategically situated within the ceiling space above the void, while the condenser was securely mounted on the front balcony wall using rubber feet to enhance stability. All connections between the indoor and outdoor units were meticulously concealed within ductwork as they exited from the ceiling space.

To ensure efficient water drainage, two drainage systems were installed from the indoor unit and safety tray leading to the external gutter. The installation included careful placement of ducting, branch take-offs, zone motors, and air plenums throughout the ceiling space, ensuring seamless integration with the indoor unit. A return air grille was also installed in the upstairs hallway to optimise airflow within the system.

A dedicated electrical sub-circuit was established, extending from the switchboard to the outdoor unit, featuring an NHP isolation switch conveniently located next to the condenser. In the upstairs hallway, a MyZone Multipoint touchpad zone controller was installed, enabling intuitive temperature control directly linked to the zone motors.

A dedicated electrical circuit was established from the switchboard to the outdoor condenser, which included an NHP isolation switch for enhanced safety. An Aspen Silent+ Mini condensation pump was installed beneath the indoor unit and connected to the nearest stormwater downpipe, facilitating efficient drainage. Upon completion, the system underwent thorough commissioning to ensure optimal performance.
